General English language courses

In our general English language courses, you will deal with essential everyday situations and simultaneously, hone your view of cultural differences. Along with extensive grammar practice, you will learn important communication strategies, such as how to begin a conversation easily, keep it going and end it smoothly. In order to do this, you will use authentic texts based on current topics concerning the English language and culture. As with all of our general language courses, we focus on free flowing and natural communication in everyday situations.

• General English Pre-Intermediate (B1) Englisch (4 SWS/4 CP)
• English Refresher B1 (4 SWS/4 CP)       
• General English Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate (B2) Englisch (4 SWS/4 CP)
• English Conversation B2 (2 SWS/2 CP)       
• Improving Writing Skills B2 (2 SWS/2  CP)       
• Improving English through Film B2 (4 SWS/4 CP)   
• Preparation for the TOEFL Test C1 (4 SWS/4 CP)
