1. Application Documents

Before applying for an Erasmus+ study abroad program, please check the websites of the partner universities for their semester dates (many partner universities have different semester dates than TU Clausthal) as well as the course offerings (for the Online Learning Agreement), to ensure that enough courses can be taken for credit at TU Clausthal.

Required Documents:

• Application Form
• Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
• Transcript of Records in English
• Passport Photo
• Language Certificate if required

All documents can be submitted at the International Center Clausthal (IZC), Graupenstraße 11 to Ms. Sekler during office hour

2. Selection

The selection of students and the awarding of the mobility grant is done by the International Center Clausthal (IZC).

The digital creation and signing of the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is designed to provide you with a transparent and efficient preparation for your semester abroad and to ensure the academic recognition of achievements completed abroad. The Erasmus+ program requires the completion of a Learning Agreement before the start of mobility. From the winter semester 2022 onwards, an Online Learning Agreement is mandatory for all study stays within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. You must create and complete your Online Learning Agreement yourself in the Erasmus+ App or on the OLA Homepage
