Participation Requirements
The Erasmus+ program is the successor to the LLP/ERASMUS program and provides numerous advantages over a standard application to a European partner university, including benefits such as exemption from tuition fees at the partner institution.
The requirements for participation in the Erasmus+ program are as follows:
- Enrollment at TU Clausthal
- Participation in a comprehensive consultation meeting on studying abroad
- At least in the third semester of Bachelor's studies, or at least in the second semester of Master’s or doctoral studies
- An unweighted grade point average of 2.4
- At least 20 credits per semester achieved at TU Clausthal
- Sufficient knowledge of the language of instruction at the partner university (this varies depending on the partner university, but at least B2 level)
Please note:
- Students must remain enrolled at TU Clausthal during their stay abroad.
- The selection of students to study abroad and the allocation of a mobility grant is carried out by the International Center Clausthal (IZC).
