Health Insurance

During the first days after your arrival, please check the validity of your health insurance in Germany. If necessary, you may have to switch from your private health insurance provider to a socialized German health insurance provider. Generally, this is not complicated and can be done in the International Center (IZC). Further information can be found under the heading “Prior to Arrival/Health Insurance”.
